Use a soft measuring tape and keep it flat against your head without pulling it too tight.
Braid or wrap your natural hair as flat as possible for the most accurate measurement.
Place the tape at the center of your front hairline, just above your eyebrows.
Guide the tape above your ears, around the nape, and back to the starting point.
Keep the tape snug, not tight. Measure twice and use the larger result if they differ.
Wig length is measured from the crown to the longest end of the hair.
The same labeled length can look different depending on texture, height, and body proportions.
| LENGTH | CATEGORY | APPROXIMATE PLACEMENT |
|---|---|---|
| 8 - 12 in | Short | Chin to shoulder |
| 14 - 18 in | Medium | Shoulder to chest |
| 20 - 24 in | Long | Chest to mid-back |
| 26 - 30 in | Extra Long | Mid-back to lower back |
