We want your Wigsbobo order to arrive as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping estimates, tracking, address changes, and delivery issues are handled.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared on business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and can vary by product, order volume, payment review, and destination.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review the product, variant, quantity, and shipping address carefully.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Please review this information before completing payment.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs review, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after your order has been fulfilled. Tracking activity can take time to appear after a label is created or a parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping Address Changes
Please check your address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or has been transferred to a carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address.
Multiple Packages
Items from the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive on different days.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Availability and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges may apply depending on the destination.
Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility. Customs procedures can also extend delivery time.
P.O. Boxes and Restricted Destinations
Some carriers or shipping methods may not support P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote or restricted destinations. If an available method cannot serve your address, checkout may ask you to choose another address or shipping option.
Delayed, Missing, or Marked-Delivered Packages
If tracking shows a delay, please allow the carrier time to update the shipment. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any carrier notice before contacting the carrier.
If you still need help, submit a message through our Contact page with your order number and tracking number. We will review the available shipment information and help you identify the appropriate next step. Carrier investigations and resolutions are subject to the carrier's procedures.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and shipping label and take clear photos before discarding anything. Contact us promptly through our Contact page with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
A package may be returned to sender because of an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect it from the carrier. If this occurs, contact us after the tracking status updates. Additional shipping charges may apply before a package can be sent again.
